Hong, chief executive, founded Infintech Designs in New Orleans in 2008 and co-owns TurnkeyRenovators, a construction company that runs on the same stack the agency deploys for clients. Merlino, chief strategist, co-founded CTR Geeks, a training program that has taught more than 1,300 local SEO practitioners, and owns the AI automation and CRM layer.

Accounts are structured around what the agency calls a 5+1 engine — five channels run by one team, reported on a single dashboard. Ownership is assigned by founder rather than by account pod, and one of the three founders signs each client’s working brief weekly.
