Albany State Opens Ticket Sales For The 2027 Blue & Gold Scholarship Gala, A Student-Centered Celebration Supporting Scholarships And Student Success.

ALBANY, GA, UNITED STATES, September 2, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Albany State University (ASU) has opened ticket sales for its 2027 ASU Foundation Blue & Gold Scholarship Gala, an annual celebration supporting student achievement and scholarships. The event will take place Saturday, April 3, 2027, at the Albany State University West Campus Arena.

This year’s Gala will introduce a new, student-centered experience designed to place Albany State students at the heart of the evening. Under the direction of Chief University Growth Officer Troy Beetz, guests will hear directly from students about their Albany State experience, accomplishments, aspirations, and the opportunities that are helping prepare them for success.

“The Future Is Golden: Celebrating Student Promise. Investing in Possibility.” will serve as the theme for the 2027 Gala, which will feature a Roaring Twenties-inspired black-tie experience, entertainment, student speakers, and opportunities for guests to connect directly with Albany State students.
Presidential Scholars will play a featured role throughout the evening, engaging with guests at tables and sharing their personal experiences as Albany State students. Their participation will provide guests with a firsthand look at the impact of investing in student success and the promise of the next generation of Golden Rams.

A portion of the funds raised through the Gala will support the Presidential Scholars Program; a needs-based scholarship initiative designed to attract high-achieving students, strengthen retention, and increase four-year graduation rates.

The 2027 Blue & Gold Scholarship Gala will bring together Albany State alumni, community members, businesses, corporate partners, friends, and supporters to celebrate student achievement while investing in the University’s future.

• Gala Sponsorship – $25,000: Includes prominent recognition and an elevated Gala experience while demonstrating a significant commitment to Albany State students.

• President’s Table – $1,000 per seat: Offers distinguished recognition and premium benefits at the President’s Table.

• VIP Experience – $300 per seat: Includes preferred seating, VIP reception access, premium beverage service, special recognition, and exclusive ASU gifts.

• General Admission – $200 per seat: Includes dinner, entertainment, and an evening celebrating Albany State students.
