On August 25, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Farmers National Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: FMNB) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share. The common stock cash dividend will have a record date of September 11, 2026 and is payable to shareholders on September 30, 2026.
The $0.18 per share dividend represents a $0.01 per share, or 5.6% increase from the second-quarter of 2026 dividend payment.
Kevin J. Helmick, President and CEO, stated: “The increase in our quarterly dividend reflects the Company’s financial strength, the successful acquisition and integration of Middlefield, and our commitment to returning capital to shareholders. Based on our expected 2026 annual dividend of $0.70 per share, our dividend has increased at a compound annual rate of approximately 16% over the past decade, compared with an annual dividend of $0.16 per share in 2016. We believe our strong financial position provides us with the flexibility to continue rewarding shareholders while investing in the future growth of Farmers.”
