Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH) (“Invitation Homes” or the “Company”) today announced leadership changes. These appointments align leadership accountability with two key strategic priorities: optimizing long-term portfolio performance and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
Peter DiLello is now Executive Vice President, Investment Management Group. One of the most tenured leaders at Invitation Homes, Peter has been with the Company since its earliest days and has been instrumental in its growth and evolution. He has led several critical functions, including investments, dispositions, construction lending, and transaction management. As disciplined capital allocation, portfolio optimization, and investment strategy become increasingly important drivers of long-term value creation, Peter’s leadership will continue to play a critical role in the Company’s success.
Bill Tierney is now Executive Vice President, Chief Experience Officer. Since joining Invitation Homes in 2025, Bill has played a pivotal role in enhancing operational excellence. Earlier this year, he assumed responsibility for the Company’s business analytics function, further strengthening how data informs decision-making across the business. Resident experience remains central to the Company’s strategy and long-term growth, and Bill’s expanded responsibilities reflect the importance of connecting data-driven insights to the experiences of its residents.
“Peter and Bill have each made significant contributions to our business, and these promotions recognize their leadership and impact across the organization,” said Dallas Tanner, President and Chief Executive Officer of Invitation Homes. “Further, these leaders are positioned to continue advancing our strategy, enhancing the resident experience, and creating long-term value for shareholders.”
