This designation, awarded by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), recognizes organizations where at least 80% of guest-facing staff complete specialized autism and sensory training and certification. Museum and visitor center staff have been equipped with the knowledge and skills to better welcome and support autistic and sensory-sensitive visitors and their families.

In addition to staff training, IBCCES conducted an onsite review of the Wynwood Walls Museum to develop sensory guides and provide additional recommendations to help enhance accessibility and create a more inclusive experience for all guests.
