Timothy, the New York-based legal expert, will be responsible for overseeing the legal and corporate governance strategies and activities, supporting CSTS’s continued international expansion and long-term growth.

Timothy is an experienced entrepreneur, business executive and international lawyer with more than two decades of experience advising high-growth companies across a broad range of industries. He practices in the areas of business law and intellectual property and has a broad range of experience dealing with commercial transactions and technology law matters, as well as resolution of business disputes. He acts for clients in all manners of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, financing, corporate governance and contract negotiations.

Timothy currently serves as a director and advisor to several technology companies and is the Founding Partner of Coal Harbour Law, a leading business law firm based in Vancouver, Canada. He began his career with a national law firm in Calgary, Alberta, practiced internationally with a United Kingdom “magic circle” law firm, and served as in-house legal counsel with a multinational software company based in Paris, France.  Timothy also has a masters degree (LL.M) from McGill University in International Law.
