ORLANDO, FL, UNITED STATES, September 15, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Rapport Score turns sets of recorded team meetings into detailed reports on observed communication, giving practitioners focused areas to coach from and proof of progress to show clients.
RapportScore.ai today opened a limited U.S. pilot for coaches and training organizations that want to show clients what changed after a workshop, coaching engagement, or team-development program.
Team Dynamics gives practitioners a new source of evidence: critical moments, signals and behaviors from the client team’s actual recorded meetings. Instead of relying only on participant feedback, assessments, or recollection, coaches can review observed communication patterns from before and after an engagement, see the specific exchanges behind those findings, and document what the team is doing differently.
The pilot will include up to 25 coaching and training practices, each bringing one client team into the Team Dynamics workflow.
“Coaches do important work that often becomes difficult to demonstrate once the workshop is over and the client team returns to its everyday meetings,” said Ronald Skelton, co-founder and CEO of Rapport Score LLC. “Team Dynamics gives them something they have not had before: documented evidence from the team’s real conversations. They can show a client what changed, where it showed up, what still needs attention, and why continued work matters.”
Team Dynamics analyzes recorded team conversations and organizes the findings into a Team Dynamics Report. The report provides a leadership summary, team and pair interaction findings, priorities for development, and links to specific moments in recorded meetings.
This gives a coach a more precise way to prepare for sessions and guide follow-up work. It also gives the coach a stronger foundation for client renewal and expansion conversations.
Rather than saying, “We believe the team is communicating better,” a coach can show the client the observed communication patterns, the meetings in which they appeared, and the comparison between baseline and follow-up conversations.
The workflow is designed to work alongside a coach’s existing approach. Rapport Score will map each participating practice’s training material, assessment process, and methodology to observable conversation patterns, allowing the coach to examine how the behaviors they teach appear in real client-team meetings.
The pilot also includes a personalized Personal Performance Assistant that helps the coach explore a client team’s meeting evidence, ask questions about the findings, and prepare for next steps. The coach retains responsibility for interpretation, context, and client guidance.
Team Dynamics does not reduce people to a score or replace professional judgment. It gives coaches a structured, evidence-based view of team communication that can support more focused development work and more credible conversations about the value of the engagement.
Selected pilot participants will work directly with Rapport Score’s co-founder and engineering team. The pilot will collect field data across coaching methods, client teams, and engagement types while refining how the workflow supports report usefulness, review efficiency, documented behavior change, and continued client development.
Pilot scope, timing, access, and any no-cost or discounted terms will be agreed individually. Participation is subject to eligibility, recording permissions, and pilot terms.
U.S.-based coaching and training organizations may request a 20-minute walkthrough of the Team Dynamics Report and pilot workflow at ron@rapportscore.ai to get a pilot application with Partner26 in the Subject.
